Black Briar is a Bold American Tavern in the West Loop. A coal-fired kitchen, a raw bar and a serious beverage program, under one roof at 201 N. Morgan St.

Chef Jimmy Papadopoulos cooks over coal. The menu follows the season. The bar pours with the same care.
